The supinator
Supinator · musculus supinator
A deep forearm muscle that turns your palm face up.
What it does
The supinator wraps around the top of the radius just below the elbow. It rotates the forearm to turn the palm upwards, helping the biceps. A branch of the radial nerve passes through it, where it can occasionally be trapped.
