Lymph nodes of the pelvis
Pelvic and inguinal lymph nodes
Immune filters along the pelvic vessels and in the groin.
What it does
Lymph nodes run along the iliac arteries in the pelvis and in the groin. They drain the legs, the lower abdominal wall and the pelvic organs, and the groin nodes can become swollen and tender with an infected cut on the leg or foot.
